• Maintain working components of computer and IT systems (including repair or replacement)
• Provide screen-sharing sessions to immediately address technical difficulties
• Assisting customers and staff with hardware and software challenges
• Address issues of email spoofing, website hacking and other catastrophes of the modern age
• Provide preventative support to mitigate against issues such as those described above
